6th ANNUAL CRUSADER WALKATHON

  Goal ~ $40,000

$150 donation per student will achieve goal!!

THE EVENT

• Rain or shine – FRIDAY, November 4^th – during the school day! 
• Following a school-wide warm up and kick-off assembly, students will walk in two shifts – while one group walks, the other group will have fun in the gym.
• Each group will walk for 30-minutes – the course will be clearly marked around the school and lined with volunteers. 
• Students should walk with their assigned school buddies!
• Gym actives include music and dancing, beachballs, balloons, and raffle prizes. 
• Prizes awarded for most money collected and percentage of class participation!
• FREE T-SHIRTS for all students, teachers, and volunteers.

DONATIONS

• Students will ask for FLAT DONATIONS in support of their 30-MINUTE WALKING COMMITMENT.
• Who do I ask for donations? Ask grandparents, aunts/uncles, friends, community members, co-workers, and neighbors!  (Don’t forget to say THANK YOU!)
• Venmo, cash, or checks (made out to Bede School PTG) will be accepted.
• Any sponsor donating $100 or more will earn a free yard sign with student and donor names listed. These signs will line the Walkathon course. 
  • To earn a yard sign, donations over $100 must be received by Friday, October 21^st
• Suggested fundraising goal: $150 per student – if each St. Bede student receives donations totaling $150, we will reach our PTG fundraising goal for the year!

PRIZES

• Donations received by Monday, October 31^st will be used to determine prizes.
• The top class by total $$$ raised will receive a PIZZA PARTY! 
• The top class by percentage of participation will receive an ICE CREAM SUNDAE PARTY served by Sister Daniela!
• All participants will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win one of four $50 Amazon Gift Cards. 
• Prizes for individual students with the highest dollar amount of donations:

1^st Place – $125 Amazon Gift Card

2^nd Place – $100 Amazon Gift Card

3^rd Place – $75 Amazon Gift Card
