Adult SocialThe Adult Social is an event that usually happens once a year or every other year. It is a wonderful fundraiser and a great night out.

Best of the BedeHelpers are needed for our school’s annual end-of-the-year “field day” to help keep it safe and organized for our kids – supervise games/activities, work the snack and water table, donate snacks and help clean up.

St. Bede School PTG Walk-A-ThonStudents will participate in a walkathon during the school day. Everyone will participate in this fun event — a walk around the school grounds, followed by music and fun activities! Students will be asked to collect pledges in advance — all donations will benefit St. Bede School.

Christmas Show DVDDon’t worry about filming the special songs and Nativity Play at the Christmas Show – buy the DVD! Then sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.

Fall Clean-Up DayJoin us at St. Bede to get the grounds ready for a great year. Meet new and old friends, spend time working together, and bring a picnic lunch to enjoy once the work is done. There will also be free uniforms available.

Golf OutingPlease join us this fall for an adult-only golf event at Westwood Golf Club. Join us for 18 holes of golf, followed by drinks and good food with friends!

Ice Skating PartiesDuring the winter, the St. Bede PTG rents out the Schenley Ice Rink and sells admission to our families.

Lunch Room and Playground VolunteersEvery day, parents are needed to help out in the lunchroom – serving food, selling items – as well as supervising the playground. If you have daytime availability, please consider helping as often as you can.

Pasta Dinner
The Pasta Dinner has become a much-anticipated St. Bede tradition. Help set-up tables, check-in guests, serve food, or clean up at evening’s end.

No Cost Fundraisers

- Apples for the Students: Register your Giant Eagle Advantage Card and help earn money for educational materials. Visit gianteagle.com/afts to register your card – the St. Bede school code is 1040
- Box Tops: Clip, save, and donate Box Tops – place them in the collection boxes located in the school office or at the back of the church.
- Lands’ End: If you are shopping for uniforms at Land’s End, remember to search for St. Bede or enter the school code 900131178 to earn money for our school.
- Mabel’s Labels: Don’t want to spend every day after school looking for your child’s items in the Lost and Found? Order Mabel’s Labels and easily identify the uniforms and sweatshirts that look the same!
Pierogi Fundraiser
A new Lenten fundraiser this year! Look for flyers closer to the date – pierogies will be available to our families for purchase. St. Bede School will receive a portion from all sales!

The Pizza Lunch has been a great monthly fundraiser that the kids love! Helpers are needed to serve lunch that day.

Point Breeze Yard Sale – Used Book Sale and Food Truck Roundup
Volunteer to support our community by donating books or volunteering to help set-up, sell, and clean up the day of the event. Don’t forget to come and enjoy great food from the food trucks.

Santa’s Treasure ShopMany elves are needed the night before the shop opens to help display our gift items and the day of the event to work the “register” and wrap all of the gifts. Bakers are also needed to stock the bake sale!

Uniform Exchange
The Uniform Exchange is a great way to add a few extra, free uniform items to your child’s collection. Uniforms will be available during various PTG events – feel free to take what you need, or donate what your children no longer use.
