St. Bede School Celebrates National Catholic Schools Week - Education, Faith, Excellence & Service!

Monday: Crazy Sock Day
Students are permitted to wear "crazy socks" to school with their uniform. 
Call to Action: Students will be asked to bring in socks (of all sizes) to donate to homeless shelters.
Tuesday: PJ, Popcorn & Movie Day
Students are permitted to dress down in pajamas.
Call to Action: Students will be asked to bring in toothbrushes and toothpaste to donate to homeless shelters.
Wednesday: Crazy Hair Day 
Call to Action: Students will be asked to bring in items that would go nicely in a Care Package for Cancer Patients. Some suggestions are a journal, chewing gum or candy, lip balm, a book/DVD, pillow, blanket, gift card for Netflix or iTunes; hand sanitizer, water, etc.
 
Thursday: Career Day
Students are encouraged to dress up as their favorite/desired career choice. 
Call to Action: Students will make thank you cards for priests around the Diocese of Pittsburgh.
Friday: St. Bede Spirit Wear Dress Down Day
Students may dress down and are highly encouraged to wear St. Bede school spirit wear and/or blue & yellow colors to show our school pride!
Call to Action: Students are asked to bring in snack-type items to donate to the food pantry. Examples are fruit snacks, cracker packages, beef jerky, hard candies, candy bars, ect.
